About the Role

The Lead Revenue Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving sales performance and revenue growth at Syndio. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a revenue enablement strategy that drives sales performance and revenue growth
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of revenue enablement initiatives
  • Design and deliver training programs, sales content, and enablement materials that equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to address sales performance gaps
  • Develop and maintain a robust knowledge base of sales materials, including product information, competitive analysis, and market trends
  • Measure and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize revenue enablement initiatives
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced sales or marketing organization, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and product content, tools, and training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and analyze sales performance data
