Compliance Specialist Job Description

Beacon Engineering Resources is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP requirements, as well as developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Quality Control Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct Quality Audits and Inspections: Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate and implement quality systems and processes.
  • Analyze Data and Metrics: Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage Quality Projects: Manage projects related to quality assurance, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Quality Assurance Principles: Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Quality Audits and Inspections: Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
  • Quality Systems and Processes: Ability to fabricate and implement quality systems and processes.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • FDA Regulations and CGMP: Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP requirements.
