We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

About the Job

This position involves providing high-quality care and services to a consistent group of residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know their unique preferences and personalities.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates. You will work closely with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promotion of Risk Management programs and policies.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
