Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Next Move Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare providers.

About the Role:

  • Perform rooming processes, administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed by licensed medical professionals.
  • Collect laboratory specimens and conduct clinic lab tests to support accurate diagnoses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to facilitate patient-provider interactions and address patient concerns.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient clinic operations.

Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting healthcare providers with clinical tasks, such as administering medications and conducting lab tests.
  2. Providing administrative support, including managing patient schedules, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of best practices within the clinic.
