Job Overview
Beacon Engineering Resources is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
About the Role
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $110,000 per year. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies, as well as experience in conducting quality audits and inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;
- Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate and implement quality systems and processes;
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for improvement;
- Manage projects related to quality assurance, including planning, execution, and monitoring;
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices);
- Provide guidance and support to the Quality Control team in conducting tests and inspections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies;
- Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections;
- Ability to fabricate and implement quality systems and processes;
- Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to drive continuous improvement;
- Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring;
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP requirements;
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
