Human Resource Specialist

ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resource Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support to our clients in the Defense and Security Sector. Your primary focus will be on human capital solutions, including federal personnel processing, leave services computation dates, and retirement service computation dates.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of federal personnel processing laws, regulations, and principles. You will be responsible for completing federal service history reports, leave services computation dates, and retirement service computation dates. Additionally, you will input data into the Government Retirement and Benefits Assist software.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in federal personnel processing, with expertise in federal service history reports, retirement service computation dates, and leave services computation dates. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive employee data with confidentiality. You will also have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
