Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Resident Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences, resolving resident inquiries and concerns, and contributing to the overall success of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Create a sense of community and foster a positive living experience for residents through proactive engagement and resident events.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution of resident requests and concerns.
- Contribute to resident retention efforts by promoting a positive and welcoming community environment.
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience for residents.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of community policies, procedures, and resident needs.
- Participate in rent delinquency prevention efforts and contribute to the overall success of the community.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, sales, or leasing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, internet, and email.
- Yardi and CRM experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred.
