Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assist visitors, matching them with their ideal apartments
- Explain community policies and amenities to prospective and current residents
- Engage with residents to ensure they are well-informed and satisfied
- Showcase community amenities and create a positive living experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver's license, sound driving record, and auto insurance required
- Computer literacy required
- Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable
