Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various tools and accurately read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Comprehend and adhere to standard operating procedures, training materials, and acceptance criteria to fulfill customer and Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
  • Understand and follow build boards and Kanban system protocols.
  • Identify and report any inconsistencies or defects in materials, products, or equipment.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by communicating and collaborating effectively with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and management.
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic, quality, and safety objectives.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required. Basic computer skills (Windows, email, internet, etc.) are necessary. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, mathematics, reading, and spelling is essential.

Alternatively, an acceptable combination of education and experience may be considered.

Physical Demands of Position

This position involves significant walking, sitting, or standing. Candidates must be able to lift up to 70 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push or pull up to 100 pounds. Climbing ladders and/or stairs is required, along with stooping, crouching, kneeling, and bending. Handling, feeling, and gripping may be necessary for certain tasks. Visual acuity is required for inspecting completed work. This role may be subject to various internal and external environmental conditions.
