Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing revenue within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and close new small commercial accounts, including convenience stores, independent groceries, and bodegas.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and market share.
  • Solicit placement of equipment and sell sufficient product inventory to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor the competitive environment to understand and leverage sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales and delivery experience.
  • Strong face-to-face sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to perform basic financial calculations and manage account information.
  • Service-oriented and able to work independently in different types of weather.
  • Ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
What We Offer

Starting base salary: $75,000 plus uncapped commission potential.
