Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding our product portfolio within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Identify and close new small commercial accounts, retail accounts, and On Premise and 5 gal retail accounts.
  • Service: Provide exceptional service to assigned accounts, create and maintain goodwill with customers, and ensure product display areas are clean and well-merchandised.
  • Safety: Follow defined safe work practices and take ownership of personal safety and that of co-workers and the public.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years sales/delivery experience
  • Strong face-to-face sales/negotiation skills
  • Ability to perform basic financial calculations
  • Service-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in different types of weather
  • Effective interaction with people from diverse backgrounds
Benefits:

We offer a competitive starting base salary of $75,000, uncapped commission potential, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, and more.
