Job Overview

DineAmic Hospitality is seeking a skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive training programs for our hourly employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with management teams to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Update and maintain training materials and resources to ensure they are current and relevant.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree or certificate in education required, with three to five years experience as a trainer or educator.
  • Previous experience in restaurant service required; background in various service styles (fine dining, casual dining, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience working with a Learning Management Software (LMS) is preferred.
