Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential corporate partners, developing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering compelling presentations on how Playto Childcare can enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
  • Negotiating contracts and partnership agreements to drive business growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly B2B, HR, or employee benefits sales.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
