Foundation Solutions Sales Expert

As a sales expert at Groundworks, you will have the opportunity to partner with homeowners in Cincinnati, OH to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through our foundation repair and water management services.
About the Job- Travel within your designated sales territory to conduct in-home inspections and meet with customers to discuss their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Develop and maintain a book of business by utilizing warm pre-qualified leads and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and educating homeowners on the issues they face and provide them with effective solution options.
- Estimate repairs and present job proposals to homeowners, clearly outlining the costs and benefits associated with each option.
We are seeking an individual with 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in commission-driven sales or business-to-consumer sales. Experience in construction or home improvement is also a plus. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial attitude, a focus on driving performance and customer satisfaction, and excellent communication skills.

With an average annual earning potential of $150,000-$200,000+, this is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to build a successful career with us. Our comprehensive training programs and technology will equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to excel in this role.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
