Job Title: CNC Sales Expert

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our sales team as a CNC Sales Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key clients across various industries, such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and metalworking.

Main Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through outreach activities, including cold calling, networking, trade show attendance, and referrals.
• Present CNC equipment options to clients, aligning solutions with their production and budget requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment selection, specifications, and machine capabilities.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase equipment features and advantages to potential buyers.

Negotiation & Deal Closure
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals, pricing, and service packages.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, overseeing the sales process from initial contact to close.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales contracts, equipment delivery, and installation.

Post-Sales Support & Customer Retention
• Maintain strong client relationships post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Address client inquiries or concerns promptly.

Sales Reporting
• Document all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of experience in CNC machinery sales, ideally with experience in both new and used equipment markets.
• Strong connections within the CNC and manufacturing industries.

Skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities, with a consultative approach to relationship building.
• Strong technical understanding of CNC equipment, its applications, and the manufacturing process.
• Effective communication skills for explaining technical details clearly to clients.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, meet sales targets, and succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary plus commission, with uncapped earning potential: $85,000 - $100,000 per year.
