About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Per Diem Receptionist to join our team at the Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants. As a Per Diem Receptionist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our front office, ensuring that our clients feel welcomed and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering Phones: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, taking messages and directing calls to the appropriate staff member.
  • Client Interaction: Greet and interact with clients and visitors, ensuring they are directed to the right staff member.
  • Mail and Filing: Prepare and manage daily outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery to the post office, and receive, sort, and file incoming mail.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
