Branch Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a critical member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
- Work closely with financial advisors to identify opportunities to create efficiency and drive business growth.
- Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Stay up-to-date with current and new office technology, and provide training and support to colleagues as needed.
- Participate in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
