We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at 5XH65. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing incoming paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phones and assist customers with questions and concerns
- Process incoming paperwork, make photocopies, and file documents
- Manage records, both physical and electronic, of business transactions
- Assist with invoicing and data entry using Quickbooks and Excel spreadsheets
