Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Efficiently check in patients, ensuring adherence to all Web Check-in protocols.
  • Respond to clinic phone inquiries, providing information or directing questions as necessary.
  • Accurately verify insurance information in a timely manner.
  • Follow the occupational clients' preference card and procedures diligently.
  • Review patient documentation for completeness and ensure the collection of necessary insurance and demographic data.
  • Complete the Daily Balance Checklist at the end of each shift, ensuring all payment forms are accounted for and documented.
Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a patient care environment is preferred.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing multiple computer applications.
