Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Timely check-in patients and ensure adherence to all Web Check-in procedures.
- Respond to clinic phone calls, providing information or directing inquiries as necessary.
- Accurately verify insurance information in a timely manner.
- Follow the occupational clients' preference card and ensure compliance with occupational procedures.
- Review all patient documentation for completeness and ensure collection of necessary insurance and demographic information.
- Complete the Daily Balance Checklist after each shift, ensuring all forms of payment are accounted for and documented.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care environment is preferred.
- To obtain BLS certification within 30 days of starting.
- Strong customer service skills.
- The ability to work with multiple computer programs.
