Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Timely check-in patients and ensure adherence to all Web Check-in procedures.
  • Respond to clinic phone calls, providing information or directing inquiries as necessary.
  • Accurately verify insurance information in a timely manner.
  • Follow the occupational clients' preference card and ensure compliance with occupational procedures.
  • Review all patient documentation for completeness and ensure collection of necessary insurance and demographic information.
  • Complete the Daily Balance Checklist after each shift, ensuring all forms of payment are accounted for and documented.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care environment is preferred.
  • To obtain BLS certification within 30 days of starting.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • The ability to work with multiple computer programs.
