Hours: Part-time or Full-time
Compensation: $17-$20 per hour
Seasonal Position: Available now through October

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services Associates play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.
  • Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet guest needs effectively.
  • Ensuring the front desk and lobby areas are clean and organized.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and maintain manual dexterity.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
