Job Summary

**Electrical Maintenance Specialist - Plant Services**

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Guthrie. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and building electrical system components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test electrical equipment and system components to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating electrical equipment, to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
  • Repair and replace electrical circuits, equipment, and components as needed to maintain electrical system integrity.
  • Install and maintain signal systems, lighting fixtures, and other electrical devices to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Coordinate with facilities management and other trades to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and operational condition.
  • Request equipment and supplies as needed to maintain inventory and ensure availability of necessary items.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5 years of electrical maintenance or construction experience required.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
Working Conditions

The Electrical Maintenance Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to electrical systems, equipment, and tools. The position requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $32.84 per hour.
