Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and installations, under the supervision of experienced maintenance technicians.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and building issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of equipment and facilities.
- Respond to work order requests in a timely manner to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to push up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb as needed.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and plumbing.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with PVC, CPVC, and black steel pipe is preferred.
- Competitive wages starting at $18.00+ per hour, with shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
