Key Responsibilities- Perform Routine Maintenance: Assist experienced maintenance technicians in performing routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
- Troubleshoot and Repair: Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and building issues.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance under supervision.
- Work Orders: Swiftly respond to work order requests, ensuring minimal downtime.
- General Maintenance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to push up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb as needed.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical systems and plumbing. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Experience with PVC, CPVC, and black steel pipe is preferred.
- Competitive Wages: Starting at $18.00+ (compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience). Shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts.
