Senior Administrative Coordinator to Chief Financial Officer

The Senior Administrative Coordinator to the Chief Financial Officer will provide high-level administrative support to the CFO, ensuring the efficient operation of the office. This role requires impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with C-Suite personnel, preferably for the CFO, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the CFO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and review agreements, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Give priority to sensitive matters and provide reminder notifications for important deadlines.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Manage and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and executive off-sites.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a corporate environment supporting CFOs.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
