Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment, adhering to established processes and procedures.
  • Adjust basic settings or parameters to meet performance standards, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Perform simple installation tasks, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete allocated tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment and appliances, preparing for and supporting maintenance activities.
  • Support the quality function by working within strict quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required.
  • Very limited work-based experience.
  • Effective elementary verbal communication skills, with the ability to express ideas, request actions, and formulate plans or policies under supervision.
  • Ability to work with guidance to develop, monitor, interpret, and understand policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Capacity to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives, managing and applying safe systems of work.
  • Ability to review and create relevant, lucid, and effective reports, motivating employees to learn, grow, and develop.
  • Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage risks in a production process at an elementary level, under supervision.
  • Achieve full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations.
