Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to identify new business opportunities and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive attendance and revenue.
  • Manage and analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales and marketing strategies and optimize results.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the venue, including its amenities, services, and competitive set.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including convention and visitors bureaus, hotels, and other hospitality groups.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies and results.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing occupancy rates.
  • Strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CMP certification.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality and events industry, including trends and best practices.
