Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare.

Job Summary

The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license.
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry.
  • Ability to work as a team member and provide excellent patient care.
