Job Title: Weekend Registered Treatment Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekend Registered Treatment Nurse at Onondaga Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our nursing team on weekends. As a Weekend Registered Treatment Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Providing education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NYS RN License
  • 2 years of Long Term Care experience
  • 1 year of Charge Nurse experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong computer skills
