Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team and play a critical client-facing role in managing ongoing customer relationships and building referral pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs, company culture, and long-term goals.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with clients to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with their business objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Work closely with the recruitment team to identify, screen, and select candidates that match the client's requirements.
  • Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the recruitment agency, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding the progress of the recruitment process.
  • Contract Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements between the client and candidates, ensuring that terms are favorable and in line with market standards.
  • Client Satisfaction and Retention: Monitor the success of placements and the satisfaction of clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure client retention and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and other factors that could impact recruitment efforts, providing clients with insights to help them stay competitive in the job market.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide clients with regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate progress, and other relevant metrics, using data to refine recruitment strategies and improve client outcomes.
