About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to fill the position of Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, supervising team activity, and training new team members. You will also be expected to provide daily reports using our Salesforce-based CRM and focus on client management, growth, training, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service existing client base
  • Supervision of team activity and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Daily focus on client management/growth, training, and leadership development
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in an occasional high-paced environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • The desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
