Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and driving sales through effective product knowledge and promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Floor Management: Maintain a safe and clean store environment, execute floor replenishment and shipment as needed, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Point of Sale Transactions: Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions, process returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Product Knowledge: Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers, and provide recommendations on products and services.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Possess effective and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Physical Demands: Lift 40 pounds as needed, stand or walk for extended periods, and climb up and down a ladder.
