Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Academic Program Manager to join our team at Florida Technical College. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned programs and departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Curriculum Development: Develop and deliver high-quality course materials, assessments, and evaluations to meet program objectives and learning outcomes.
  • Student Support: Provide academic advising, tutoring, and referral services to students, ensuring their success and retention in the program.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and analyze program data to identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance student outcomes, retention, and placement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with faculty, staff, and administrators to ensure seamless program delivery, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve program goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, or a minimum of a Technical Diploma or Degree in the program for Diploma level or Master's Degree OR Masters in Education degree or higher for Bachelors level courses in the program.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of work experience in the field and two years of teaching or training experience.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Office Certifications.
