About the Role

The Client Service Specialist at Madison Reed Hair Color Bars provides a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure as a liaison between the guests and the rest of the Hair Color Bar team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Demonstrate and develop teamwork skills to provide a guest experience aligned with our values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage, and Responsibility.
  • Front-End Operations: Be an expert on front-end operations including buy online and pick up in store, point of sale system, checking in and out guests, and answering phones.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador by determining each guest's needs and educating guests concerning Madison Reed products and services.
  • Sales and Revenue: Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other key performance indicators, including but not limited to: retail sales, services, memberships.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure Hair Color Bar meets company standards as it relates to cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and company asset security.
  • Training and Development: Grow within Madison Reed by participating in ongoing training and staying up to date on MR products and services.
Requirements
  • Entry-level experience in any customer service or retail sales environment; salon or beauty industry experience preferred.
  • Effective communication, strong problem-solving, and people skills, in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
  • Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
