Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and create a diverse range of dishes and beverages from the Tiki Bar menu, adhering to specific recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of food orders, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and Tiki Bar area, following health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide mentorship and support to new kitchen team members as needed.
  • Participate in menu development and recipe innovation.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 12 years of culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume dining or resort setting.
  • Expertise in food and beverage preparation, safety and sanitation practices, and proper use of kitchen equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
