Executive Directors will oversee our facility while providing guidance in areas such as customer service, personnel management, business development, and financial and clinical operations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Here’s what you will do when you join us:
- Lead the organization and execution of campus programs and activities while assessing performance. Assist department leaders in conducting performance evaluations for their team members. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures by department leaders while fostering cross-functional teamwork. Act as the campus representative with external agencies, including governmental bodies and third-party payers. Regularly inspect the campus to ensure adherence to policies/procedures and Trilogy Service Standards. Participate in campus surveys/inspections conducted by authorized governmental agencies. Develop corrective action plans based on inspection notes and provide copies to the Home Office and government agency. Recruit, hire, and retain qualified personnel to achieve campus objectives and services. Prepare the annual operating budget for the campus, monitor facility performance in relation to the budget, and intervene as necessary.
