KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Support the recruitment and selection of qualified department leaders and staff.
  • Assume administrative leadership in the absence of the Executive Director, overseeing campus operations.
  • Guarantee that all residents receive care that enhances their quality of life while safeguarding their rights and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is essential, preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related health field.
  • A current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA) or equivalent state licensure.
  • A valid driver's license in the state of residence.
  • Two to five years of supervisory experience in healthcare, senior living, pharmacy, or long-term care settings.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
