We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (A/P) Coordinator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, consultants, and other payees. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The A/P Coordinator will work closely with Finance Department management, accounting staff, Purchasing Department senior managers, project directors, and vendors to verify payment requests, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying payment requests and invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Following up with vendors and payees to resolve payment discrepancies
  • Processing payment requests, including travel reimbursements, lease payments, rents, utilities, consultant payments, and vendor invoices
  • Managing petty cash replenishments and corporate credit card transactions
  • Handling vendor inquiries and resolving payment-related issues

**Job Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of experience in A/P or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
