Key Responsibilities- Direct and monitor grounds maintenance activities of golf courses, including course inspections to determine the need for redesign and identify problems.
- Develop and monitor an annual budget, analyzing revenues and expenditures to ensure performance targets are met.
- Select, hire, train, direct, motivate, and evaluate full-time and part-time subordinates, setting work standards and monitoring work progress.
- Effectively direct and manage customer service and facility operations to ensure a safe and appropriate environment for customers and staff.
- Utilize standard software and technology related to business operations and facility maintenance, such as Workday and Microsoft Excel.
