Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and ensure quality: Examine in-process and final electronic assemblies, including populated PCBs, using work instructions and IPC criteria.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and document nonconformance issues, helping to ensure only top-quality products reach our customers.
  • Collaboration: Communicate inspection results with production teams and management to keep projects moving and maintain high standards.
  • Quality Control: Verify that outgoing products meet Spartronics' and customer specifications, playing a vital role in delivering excellence.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or GED (Required), Associate degree, or vocational/Technical degree in technical or engineering field (preferred).
  • J-Std and IPC-600 or IPC-610 certifications within 90 days of employment.
  • 1-3 years of related work experience in electronics manufacturing or quality inspection.
