Sushi Cook

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Cook to join our team at Biscayne Bay Restaurant Corporation. As a Sushi Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality sushi and raw dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all sushi items according to recipe requirements and adhere to product sensitivity and plate presentation guidelines.
• Read tickets and prepare orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards for sanitation and safety.
• Stay up-to-date on recipe changes and ensure proper execution of procedures to maintain a high-quality product.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
