Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Aids in the execution and coordination of daily brokerage activities while supporting the enhancement and implementation of operational protocols.
Collaborates with brokers to prepare essential documents, marketing materials, and provides administrative assistance in organizing, printing, and archiving files.
Manages and updates client information in all necessary systems with precision.
Keeps thorough and organized records of client accounts, transactions, and pertinent documentation, ensuring adherence to record-keeping regulations.
Handles customer service inquiries by responding to broker requests via telephone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

Contributes to the development of compliance reports related to brokerage operations and works alongside broker and finance teams to address business requirements.

Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while assisting in the preparation of compliance documentation.
Supports the identification and mitigation of operational risks, collaborating with risk management teams to implement necessary controls.
Assists the Brokerage team with various ad hoc tasks and requests.

Work Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance sector or Underwriting, complemented by a Bachelor's degree.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree is required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management. Related disciplines or equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Licenses and Certifications:

Prescribed:
Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses. Preferred: Not Applicable.

The target hourly rate range for this position is $24.00 per hour.

The wage range for this role considers various factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
