Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Aids in the execution and coordination of daily brokerage activities while supporting the enhancement and implementation of operational protocols.
Collaborates with brokers to prepare necessary documentation, marketing materials, and provides essential administrative assistance in organizing, printing, and archiving files.
Manages and updates client information in all required systems with precision.
Keeps thorough and orderly records of client accounts, transactions, and other pertinent documentation, ensuring adherence to record-keeping regulations.
Handles customer service inquiries by responding to broker requests via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

Contributes to the development of compliance reports pertinent to brokerage operations and works in conjunction with broker and finance teams to fulfill business requirements.

Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while assisting in the preparation of compliance documentation.
Assists in recognizing and mitigating operational risks, collaborating with risk management teams to implement necessary controls.
Provides support to the Brokerage team with various ad hoc tasks and requests.

Work Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance sector or Underwriting, accompanied by a Bachelor's degree.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree is required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management. Other related disciplines or equivalent work experience will be considered.

Licenses and Certifications:

Required:
Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses.

The wage range for this role considers various factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands.
