Job Summary:

The Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and executive offices, in accordance with Omni Hotels & Resorts standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the day, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Service all public restrooms, including lobby, lower lobby, and pool areas, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Service the executive offices, maintaining a professional and organized workspace.
  • Service both men's and ladies associate locker rooms, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for employees.
  • Service lobby and lower lobby pre-function space, including keeping lobby balconies neat and clean at all times.
  • Ensure the main guest entrance is neat and clean at all times, maintaining a positive first impression for guests.
  • Ensure all floral arrangements and plants are neat with no debris in the planters, maintaining a visually appealing environment.
  • Ensure all ash urns throughout the property are neat and clean at all times, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Ensure water fountain and phone stations are maintained neat and clean at all times, providing a convenient and comfortable experience for guests.
  • Service guest and associate elevators, ensuring a safe and efficient transportation experience.
  • Ensure that hotel, guest, and associate areas are maintained in a safe and secure environment, reporting any maintenance issues or concerns.
  • Complete any special projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing needs.

Requirements:

  • Able to maintain a 4-diamond level of service, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Able to work with management on special projects, demonstrating a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance, representing Omni Hotels & Resorts in a positive and respectful manner.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing schedules.
  • Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, maintaining a high level of physical fitness and mobility.
  • Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift, maintaining a high level of energy and endurance.
  • Requires repetitive motion, maintaining a high level of dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
