About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Vehicle Charging Solutions Specialist to join our team at Delta Electronics Americas. As a key member of our sales and product management team, you will be responsible for interpreting EV charging requirements and creating comprehensive proposals for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer application requirements and collaborate with sales and product management to develop proposals that meet their needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end sales, engineers, product managers, and service support, to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide technical customer interface and support during pre- and post-award activities, leveraging your expertise in EV charging products and EMS software.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge relevant to EVSE products, staying up-to-date on current and future solutions and benchmarking them against market offerings.
  • Provide on-site customer support and training as needed.
  • Perform system-level testing and user operability testing for AC & DC chargers at our testing lab to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Knowledge of OCCP protocols.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in the EV charging industry or power electronics.
  • Strong technical skills, including engineering and technology, mechanical, and computers and electronics.
  • Advanced proficiency with computer software, including MS Office and email.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to our unique and fast-paced culture.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Able to set and define objectives and goals.
  • Complex problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions.
  • Active learning skills, with the ability to understand the implications of new information.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese is desired but not required.
