About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at Blue Signal Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining fire alarm systems and related low voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Service Fire Alarm Systems: Utilize your expertise to install and service fire alarm systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and meet industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot System Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and within safety standards, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and safety regulations, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Document Work Performed: Accurately document all work performed, providing clear and concise communication with project managers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fire alarm systems, with a strong understanding of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude: Demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel to various job sites as needed.
  • Certifications Preferred: Hold certifications in fire alarm or low voltage systems, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
