Job Description:
As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing front desk operations, and promoting and selling tattoo services. You will also maintain the front desk area and lobby, handle payment transactions, and address client questions and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Promote and sell tattoo services, upselling packages and designs when applicable.
- Maintain the front desk area and lobby to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
