Overview

We are in search of a Marketing Specialist to enhance our team. This role is essential in delivering proficient and compassionate care while ensuring that patients feel comfortable and respected.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Marketing Director by engaging positively with community members, including healthcare professionals, educators, and emergency responders.
  2. Manage the inventory of patient and promotional gifts, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment.
  3. Procure marketing materials and gifts through various vendor channels as directed.
  4. Coordinate local events alongside the Marketing Director, which includes transporting marketing materials and managing setup and breakdown at community venues.
  5. Assist with volunteer recruitment and scheduling for events.
  6. Organize the delivery of marketing items, including store pickups and hospital drop-offs.
  7. Utilize resources efficiently, focusing on time management, supply ordering, and staff engagement.
  8. Provide support to the Marketing Department, including the VP of Business Development and the Marketing Director.
  9. Maintain clear and proactive communication with the Marketing Director.
  10. Lead events or substitute for the Marketing Director when necessary.
  11. Occasionally work within the emergency room environment.
  12. Design and create appealing tablescapes for events.
  13. Keep track of upcoming events and maintain schedules.
  14. Oversee social media content and engagement.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated integrity and responsibility, with access to company resources.
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Flexibility to accommodate departmental scheduling needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, and effective time management.
  • Ability to adapt to ongoing changes in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Strong social media proficiency and a willingness to learn graphic design for social media.
  • Creativity in designing tablescapes, gifts, and other marketing decorations.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in direct marketing is preferred.
