Medical Assistant/LPN

Job Summary:
A Medical Assistant/LPN is a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role requires a strong foundation in clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-visit planning and standard rooming responsibilities
- Assisting with procedures and discharge instructions
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Cross-training and floating as needed to maintain optimal clinic operations
Requirements:
- One to two years of clinical experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent required within 90 days of hire
