Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paint Production Specialist to join our team at Benjamin Moore. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality paint products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Batch formulation and mixing of materials
  • Quality color matching and tinting
  • Quality control checks and procedures
  • Communications with other departments for proper transfer of completed dispersion production process
  • Maintenance of equipment and work area cleanliness

Requirements:

  • High School degree required
  • Basic math skills
  • Previous experience in color matching and tinting
  • Ability to work in a team environment and cross-functionally
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to use company software and computer system programs

Work Environment:

This role will work seamlessly with the Shading Department to execute quality mixing and shading of paint batches for dispersion to the filling line for packaging. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work safely and follow SOP's.
